Join us for an informative presentation on Performing a Fire-Safe Landscape Evaluation. Led by Lindsay Ono – Professor of Ornamental Horticulture at Bakersfield College and past CLCA State President – this session will provide an overview of the key steps used to evaluate residential landscapes for fire-safe compliance and fire zone recommendations. Attendees will gain practical insight into identifying potential risks, improving landscape resilience, and helping homeowners create safer outdoor environments.

As part of the presentation, attendees will also receive a Fire-Safe Landscape Maintenance Checklist to help guide ongoing landscape care and compliance.
