Starting the Year Preparing Winners

With February here and the board fully installed we are now focused on bringing quality events to you and hope we can continue with your support. Our first event will be on March 26 with a Q&A on How to Prepare Your Sites to be Award-Winning Properties. More details of this event will follow, so be on the lookout.

Preparations for our Beautification Awards in June have started; you can begin preparing your site if you wish to enter…and I encourage you to do so. If you have any questions about how to enter the Landscape Competition or any other aspect of our Awards Program, feel free to reach out to me or any board member. We will be happy to help any way we can.

I recently attended the Leadership Conference held in Santa Ana near John Wayne Airport. Board members learned how to manage their positions more successfully, and we had some very productive brain-storming sessions. I look forward to implementing some of those great ideas into this year’s programming. We’ll see you at our March event.
